Cells. Supercharge EZ10
Electro competent Cells offer the highest available transformation efficiency,
1010 transformants/µg pUC19. The high transformation efficiency
is especially useful for large constructs such as adenoviral vectors. Electroporation
of constructs into these cells provides better stability. The cells are supplied
prealiquotted, preserving transformation efficiency and viability because there
is no need to refreeze and thaw them. Each tube contains 80 µL, enough to
perform two transformations.

delicate step in the gene expression profiling process in their own laboratory.
Established and proven RNA isolation methods take small amounts of cell and tissue
samples and generate gene expression data on which researchers can draw sound
conclusions.
